Instructions
Add strawberries, honey, lemon juice, and water to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top. Add sticks and freeze for 4–6 hours, or until completely solid.
Notes
Ripe strawberries give the best flavor and vibrant color, so use them if you can.
If your berries are very sweet, a little extra lemon juice helps keep the flavor balanced.
No popsicle molds? Small paper cups and wooden sticks work just as well.
For something different, stir in chopped strawberries or a bit of fresh mint before freezing.
