Instructions
In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, then gently fold until smooth and fully combined.
Divide the mixture evenly into four bowls and tint each with a few drops of pink, purple, orange, and blue food coloring.
Drop spoonfuls of each color into a loaf pan, alternating randomly. Add sprinkles between the layers for extra fun.
Once all the mixture is in the pan, scatter more sprinkles or edible glitter on top.
Cover with cling film and freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight, until firm.
Notes
Use gel food coloring for bold colors without adding too much liquid.
For a marble effect, gently swirl the top with a butter knife, just a little goes a long way.
Mix-ins like marshmallows, candy pieces, or flavored syrup are a fun way to customize.
Start with 1–2 drops of food coloring and adjust gradually till the densities shade is achieved.
